Wishes

if you wish
year after year
blowing out candles
finding that first star each night
closing your eyes
in somber silence
praying
wishing
with all your might
blowing kisses
to seal each wish
wrapped in hope
it will
one day
come true
be the believer
may fresh wishes
wash over you
falling upon
persistant dreams
conquered

  3. Quite fragmented and modernistic. However, lack of punctuation had me wondering at some instances.

  32. Lovely Kay,
Hopes and dreams and wishes...all this you have given me through your beautiful , sensitive soul poems!

i have knocked at your doors and you have open it with a smile.
You have allowed me to regain myself into one single piece again.
You came with your healing touch.
leaving me herbs made of verbs....through which my emotional sinews and muscles renewed its strength.

what else can be a better gift than your terse words winking, smiling.....bringing me from you those things words can't translate but can make everything express from within the silence of love and compassion.

Thankyou for everything Kay, wish you a wonderful year ending, a merry christmas and a bright and a beautiful new year!

    hugs
    joseph.

  36. Wishes - Magical poem ... appeals to my supersticious nature.

I love this, 'wishing with all your might'; 'be the believer'.

I am a believer Kay. I believe great things are on the horizon for both of us ... All the best for 2010 :)x

  37. Found you at Dulce's place "Sweeter" etc. Anyway, I noticed so many of my "friends" commenting here, so I felt left out --grin!

My message/comment. Faith is necessary, wonderful. Even more meaningful--to me--is TRUST

Real nice blog you own, and thoughtful postings.
    Thanks!
