A woman's blush

i wished upon forever
through the star-studded
gaze in your eyes

with a mirrored reflection of
hope lust entrust

arising into remembrance
the beauty lying within forgiveness
unbeknownst how much would be taken
between the fingers of our touch

grasping the breath
of which we both subside
this moment,
as much yours
as it is mine

tickles my girlish emotions
endearing the ever-lasting blush
staking claim
into womanhood

both
to be
loved & despised

  1. I wrote something along the same lines a few years ago... "love & despised" at the same time... interesting!

  3. Oh, this is so very true. Ypour line about the silent emotions reminds me strongly on my fav quote: if you dont understand ym silence, you wont understand my words.
    Love to you!

  8. I would have changed the order of the last part thusly:

    To be
    both
    loved & despised

Otherwise it sounds like you're talking about two people being loved and despised.
(But hey, that's just my opinion!)

    Nice piece!

  9. I don't want to lose the girlish blush. Rarely seen but much appreciated. Wish that it could remain, when the fingers have taken more than their share.

Well this is pure yin yang... as everything else in this life... but love-oh, love is somehow too special to...just accept it.

  24. you are funny yourself Kay, yeah passion does seem to be strong between those who feeling for each each are fluid and both love and to despise or forces felt thatt come and go like the tide.
maybe that is the only way it can happen, It is nice to dream though that there can passion that is feroricious but not dispicable :) unless kay has been a very bad girl and thats her kink
