skies

relinquished gestures rendered...
sincere
soft, the lips of heavens whisper
breeze brushing slightly
to pitter-patter the earlobes
of unease
forthcoming the rivers, of anticipation
changing course, the time-watchers error
bequests enchantment,
dreamers barer, the eyes of the sun
warmth hindered there
beneath savory sins
you can not bear
trollop along, squalling vanity
reflection not of mirror
seek to the skies
reflected in waters
it is there
found, bequeathed.

  12. "Pitter patter the earlobes of unease." Such a fabulous line. There are phrases that you know will just stay with you forever like an on-going echo. This is one...and my ears are right now thus. Extremely uneasy.

    Love, Annie
